As a landlord, I find their free forms and updates on laws very helpful.
I withheld one star because their charge for a credit check is a little higher than Zillow, but it is always quick.

I needed to find a new source for running tenant reports, and this option ticked ALL the boxes. Provided the reports needed at a reasonable cost AND did the employment and tenant verifications in writing! Happy to recommend!

Being an applicant, I don't have a good experience for this service. I paid the $49.95 package to have my background check, however, it took 7 days and my new landlord didn't hear anything back from the company. She asked me if I still interested in her rental and there are more ppl on her waitlist. Since the screening company sent the email to my current landlord for the verification, and she knows I am going to move. They put me in a very awkward situation. I understand the package I paid that need the verifications from my rental and my work supervisor, however, I can't force them to respond the screening company immediately. They should let me know the situation and give the suggestions, also contact with my new landlord to explain this. There's zero communication during the 7 days. Very disappointed!

They helped me with a tough application and vetted all four prior landlords on an application. Without this information we would have not moved forward with that tenant due to his bad credit score which was a result of identity theft. Truly valuable in getting a property leased!
