We also maintain membership with the Professional Background Screening Association and have been accredited with The Better Business Bureau since 2014. Additionally, we receive consistent 5-star reviews from clients across the nation. We offer a number of reports and services to help you stay organized while saving you and your team time. Our customized reports give you the freedom to choose the information you need to help serve your clients and verify the best tenants for the property. Criteria is set by the landlord based on minimum credit score, number of charge offs, number of delinquencies, and bankruptcy in past 1-10 years. The applicant either passes or fails to meet that criteria.
A detailed report including the applicant’s credit score, address history, employment history, payment history (including delinquencies), potential negative public record filings, and credit report inquiries from financial institutions and creditors.
Searches millions of rental records nationwide to see if your applicant has ever been evicted.
A comprehensive national criminal check showing felonies, misdemeanors, sex offenses, and other convictions or arrests at state and federal levels.
Includes information from the current landlord, previous landlord, and current employer verifying whether the applicant has had late payments, bounced checks, legal notices, complaints on file, or other issues.
Select the screenings you’d like and have your applicants complete them online at no cost to you.
Pay $30 yearly and get a $6 discount per report on select screenings.
A one-time charge of $65 to inspect a potential landlord’s office site for FCRA compliance.
